In 1998, YBA developed a very powerful mono amplifier with 1000 W output (up to 3500 W peak power) called YBA PASSION 1000 MONO.
This double-chassis amplifier with a special power supply combined with a line filter was awarded in October 1999 a place in the Class A of the "Recommended Components" by Stereophile. Its power will be sufficient, whatever the load - this limit will most probably never be reached.

YBA PASSION 1000 is also available in STEREO, which combines two high power amplifiers in one casing. It includes 2 transformers (2 kVA) instead of 4 for the double-chassis YBA PASSION 1000 MONO.

Like all YBA electronic components, this amplifier is highly efficient and does not heat up during operation.

STEREO and MONO amplifiers have a switchable VU-meter on the front to indicate the power output.

PASSION 1000 amplifier fulfils the most extreme power requirements while keeping its absolute musicality.

The MONO amplifier can be upgraded to STEREO (double-chassis).
